A LEGACY TO FUTURE GENERATIONS
Andy Pearson, Managing Director says
‘Tweed Homes have decided to step up the way in which we construct, leave and preserve our new build developments. From recycling development waste to wildlife inducing structured landscapes and ultimately what we leave behind is a legacy to future generations.
200 TREES CAMPAIGN
Tweed Homes launched their new Sales Centre development at Birks View, Manse Street, Galashiels on Saturday 24th, August 2007 with a unique and ground-breaking ‘200 Trees’ campaign.
Tweed Homes’ Managing Director, Andy Pearson, - a man who knows a prunus from a sorbus - has integrated environmentally-positive tree, wildlife and plant initiatives into the company’s recent new property developments and is challenging the perception of home builders by investing in a programme of planting over 200 trees throughout the Scottish Borders over the Summer months of 2007.
Andy Pearson says: ‘Tweed Homes have decided from now on to step up the way in which we construct, leave and preserve our new build developments. From recycling development waste to wildlife inducing structured landscapes and ultimately what we leave behind is a legacy to future generations.
This innovative 200 Trees campaign challenges the perception of property development in the Scottish Borders and is part of a series of environmental initiatives that Tweed Homes will be launching and publicising in the years to come.”
